Free Domestic US Shipping Orders Over $150 + 30-day Free Domestic US Returns
Agavedenim.com offers free domestic ground shipping on orders over $150 + free returns on domestic orders via standard shipping in the contiguous United States only.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm PST are typically processed the same day. (excluding weekends + U.S. holidays).
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you upon shipment.
Shipping + Returns
Returns can only be refunded to the original payment method or web store credit. Final Sale items cannot be returned for refund, store credit, or exchange.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Rates vary depending on order size, distance, and speed.

Returns & Exchanges

Take your time to ensure you like your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number and a return ship label.
Final Sale Merchandise purchased from our Agave Online Out cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange under any circumstances. All sale items purchased from our Outlet are FINAL SALE.
We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. Refunds are issued for the value of returned merchandise only. Returns made outside of our returns request system may be delayed or rejected and returned to you without credit.
International Returns: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. We don't offer return labels for international orders. If you choose to return an item, you are welcome to do so at your expense. We do not offer exchanges for international customers.
All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
Orders are limited to two (2) exchanges. If you are still having trouble finding the right item after two exchanges, please contact customer service for assistance.

All returns must be in new condition with tags attached.
Do not wash or alter the garments in any way.
Allow 10 to 14 days to process returns or exchanges.
Please include all details about the style/size/color when filling in the contact form for exchanges. This will help our team process your return or exchange.

We only process returns and exchanges for items purchased from the agavedenim.com online store.
All merchandise purchased from our retail partners must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
International Shipping and Returns (outside the U.S.)
International shipping can take up to 3 to 7 days to ship due to customs documents. Additional shipping, taxes + duties may apply, are the customer's responsibility, and are non-refundable. Returns from outside the U.S. must be paid for at the purchaser's expense including all duties, taxes, and shipping costs to send the product back to us. We do not reimburse for shipping, taxes, and duty charges for international orders sent outside the USA.
