Most orders ship same day, excluding weekends and holidays and allow 1 day for order processing.

Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.
FedEx Priority Overnight - Next business day by 10:30 am
FedEx Standard - Overnight - next business day by 3pm.
FedEx 2 day - Second day by 10:30 am most US addresses.
Orders must be received by 12 noon pacific standard time to ship *next day Monday-Friday *excluding weekends and holidays.
Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii take approximately 5-10 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return or exchange an item  please call us toll free 1.877.884.1222 or Email Concierge@AgaveDenim.com to request an RMA # (return merchandise authorization number). 
A return ship label is included for your convenience.  Return purchased items within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund or exchange*. 
Allow 10 to 14 days for us to process your return.  We will credit your account upon receipt of the returned item with the RMA - return merchandise authorization. 
Please note: All returned goods must be in like new condition to be accepted with tags attached. 
Do not wash or alter the garment in any way with tags attached.  We only process returns and exchanges purchased via AgaveDenim.com  Merchandise purchased from our retail partners must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

International orders take 7 to 21 days to fulfill deliveries. 
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination.

DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND VAT

International orders including Canada are subject to duties, customs and value added taxes.
